Sultan Gondal LTD is a private hire company registered in England & Wales. We operate a ride booking service in London and surrounding areas.

What Data We Collect

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Location data: pickup and destination addresses, GPS coordinates
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
• Booking history: ride details, dates, prices, status
• Account data: if you sign in via Google or email, your email and name from your provider

Why We Collect It

• To provide and manage your ride bookings
• To communicate with you about your bookings (confirmations, driver details)
• To process payments
• To improve our service

How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal data for 12 months from the date of your booking. After this period, personal data is automatically anonymised; we keep ride statistics (dates, amounts, vehicle types, distances) for accounting purposes but remove your name, email, phone, and exact addresses.
