1. Service

Sultan Gondal LTD provides a private hire booking service in London and surrounding areas. All vehicles and drivers are licensed by Transport for London (TfL).

Sultan Gondal LTD accepts all private hire bookings as principal and not as an agent or intermediary between passengers and drivers. As the licensed private hire vehicle operator, Sultan Gondal LTD is responsible for the acceptance and performance of all bookings and the transportation services provided, in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators' Licences) Regulations 2000.

2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made via our website or by phone.
• Submitting a booking is a request for a quote. The booking is confirmed only after we review and confirm the price.
• Prices shown during booking are estimates. The final price is confirmed by our team and may differ based on route adjustments, waiting time, or surcharges.

3. Payment

• Online payment is processed securely via Stripe. Airport pre-bookings require online payment.
• Cash and card payments can be made directly to the driver for non-airport bookings.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 30 minutes: 20% cancellation fee.
• No-show: 100% charge.

Airport Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 3 hours: 20% cancellation fee.
• No-show: 100% charge.

Executive & VIP Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellation: 25% cancellation fee.
• No-show: 100% charge.

For bookings paid by cash or card to driver, cancellation fees will be invoiced to the email address provided at booking.

5. Waiting Time

For bookings with intermediate stops:

• First 5 minutes: free
• 5-15 minutes: £3
• 15-30 minutes: £7
• 30-45 minutes: £10
• 45-60 minutes: £15
• Maximum waiting time per stop: 60 minutes

6. Luggage

Luggage capacity is shown for each vehicle type during booking. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their luggage fits the selected vehicle. If luggage exceeds capacity, a larger vehicle may be required at additional cost.

7. Liability

Sultan Gondal LTD, as the licensed private hire operator, accepts responsibility for the provision of transportation services for all accepted bookings. We do not transfer liability for our obligations onto drivers or any third party, though we may seek separate contractual redress from drivers where appropriate.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil each journey on time.
